1000*Bits*of*Hope

Majoring in Computer Science was the first event that Suhani Singhal's 1000 Bits of Hope held. The event took place at the Technovation World Pitch competition where girls from all around the world were in attendance (from countries not limiting but including India, Cambodia, Kenya, and Canada). At the event, a panel of speakers (all successful women in the tech field and Technovation alumni) talked about the challenges they've faced and the advice they have for girls! Girls walked away from the event knowing much more about the path to majoring in Computer Science, the skills needed, and ways to overcome possible future obstacles. Additionally, all the girls had an opportunity to network and create meaningful relationships with all of the mentors and role models.
